We survived the Caldor fire along with our local neighborhood. Things look good. Insurance companies are quoting new construction at $300 per square foot. We are just over 250 per square foot. Rebuilding will not begin until after next year. This home is available now with a view of Sutter Butte on a clear day as well as the coastal mountain range. I designed and built this home in 2008. All the homes I built in Grizzly Flats did not burn. I wish everyone luck in their quest.
